From being the youngest to ever start an Outfitter to working with multiple habitat and conservation organizations, we have learned first-hand results of applying these managment strategies, learning what works the best and what could be better. we have used that to apply to each and every client's projects and land practices to help them achieve their goals efficiently and how to save money in the process

Meet The Team
Founder, Conservation and Wildlife Manager
Kinser Madison
Kinser is the founder of Wildman and leads the habitat and wildlife consulting sector. He was the Conservation and Wildlife Sales Account Manager for two years at Millborn, working with Conservation districts and organizations like Pheasants Forever, Quail Forever, South Dakota Grassland Coalition, and multiple state Game, Fish, and Wildlife organizations to help design and complete conservation and habitat projects.
Kinser is currently a guide at Deer Meadows Outfitters during the fall when outside of consulting season
Co-founder, Land Management Lead
Blaney Madison
Blaney is the manager of our Subscription Service for our Land Management Program. His years of experience in heavy equipment has made him extremely knowledgeable in his use with moving dirt, food plot and water hole design, land clearing, and making the most out of creating your ideal habitat and project goals into a reality
Blaney currently works as a hunting guide and heavy equipment operator when he isn't busy with his Land Management role
